She holds two senior-level HR certifications and is a Certified Practitioner for Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors. She specializes in management, leadership, communication, team development, HR training, consulting, and related services.
Mary regularly teaches virtual HR certification exam prep classes and creates content for several leading HR brands and exam prep providers. She also serves on the faculty at Chattanooga State Community College, where she is a Speech Communication instructor.
Mary holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Communication and is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences and association meetings.
